Jan has provided very effective service to national and international schools, and is experienced in working with schools offering the English National Curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Organisation curriculum. We can offer the following to schools – individual and groups of schools;

Regular external consultancy as a school improvement adviser to lead a school to a good or outstanding Ofsted inspection

6 visits per year to work with school on quality assurance of 4 Ofsted standards (includes visit, report writing and follow-up support)
Bespoke training for groups within the school
Coaching and mentoring for individual or groups of senior and middle managers
Support to SLT with performance management and capability procedures
Preparation for Ofsted training and support
Training and support for school Governing Body

Experience in reviewing teaching and learning as part of Achievement for All coaching role
Contribution to commissioned whole school reviews of standards (Buckinghamshire Learning Trust)
